Episode 006 - Get Up Earlier
I know there are always days when getting up just seems like too much work, I had one of those myself this morning.
The thing is after I got out of bed and started with my day I felt so much better. I’ve done the thing where you go back to sleep and it really affects the whole of my day, and not in a good way.
Plus what is early for me might not be early for you - you get to choose the time you wake up, we are all different and have different sleep needs.
